Why FootDoctor Esia®
Remote strength training should not be random workouts sent through an app.
It should be built around the athlete in front of you.
The FootDoctor Esia® Remote Strength Training program is built for softball athletes who need structure, accountability, and training that actually fits their development.
What makes this service different is the person writing the program. I am bringing years of experience as a performance coach, trainer, and consultant into the programming process.
Working with year-round athletes, Hall of Famers, and university staff has taught me this:
Training cannot just look good on paper. It has to fit the athlete’s body, schedule, sport demands, equipment, workload, and long-term development.
The goal is not just to get stronger.
The goal is to build better movement, better force application, better physical qualities, and a more durable athlete over time.
Some athletes need more from a program.
Here’s how it works:
1. Assessments
A battery of tests is submitted through the OnForm app. These assessments are used to tailor your training.
2. Your Equipment
You upload video or images of the equipment or facility you have access to. Training is built around what you actually have.
3. Download the Apps
Athletes use OnForm to upload videos and TrainHeroic to find workouts, track training, and access exercise demos.
4. Tailored Workouts
Workouts are written specifically for the athlete, not pulled from a generic template.
5. Video Analysis
Video review provides accountability and helps make sure the athlete is executing what the program is asking for.
6. Performance Data
Athletes are re-tested every 6 weeks so progress is not guessed. We track it.
