S.P.A.R.C. ⚡️™️ for Teams and Organizations
As coaches, one of the most time consuming tasks is developing high level warm-ups, cool-downs, strength, speed, and conditioning programs. On top of that, many of our coaches have extremely high sports I.Q.s in the skill development and actual game management piece that needs to be prioritized. This can lead us to scouring the internet for coutless hours or simply googling "best softball warm-up" and implementing the first hit.
S.P.A.R.C. ⚡️™️ takes the guess work out, providing your team needs only. ZAP for teams means we ask about the type of athletes on your team, your goals for them, and their immediate and long term needs. This allows us to develop programs specifically for your team, NOT a general program. We offer several team options including practice site sessions (we travel to you), online training programs, and season long consultation services.
**Team discounts available for arm/leg resistance bands as well as Acumobility tools.
A) In-Person Training
Travel to practice site and conduct training. This is done on biweekly basis. Requirements below:
- Area with ability to hold private training before and/or after is needed
- $10 per athlete (10 Ath minimum) OR $225 Monthly (2 sessions per month)
B) Team Training/Injury Consulting ($125 monthly)

C) Team Clinics
In person clinic focused on team needs
- 2 or 3 hour clinic ($30-$40 per athlete)
D) Team Clinic + Consulting
In person 2-3 hour team clinic ($100/hr) including consulting option ($100 monthly)
