FDE2 is a not a normal clinic or camp, it is an experience. Footdoctor Esia will teach and instruct athletes in areas of warm-up, recovery, and explosive movement. Over the course of 3 hours your athlete will gain a deep understanding of how to "play fast". Using the integrated concepts of Footdoctor Sport's Slo-Tech training and Musculosystematic Engineering, FD Esia will show athletes how to truly engage and involve their muscular system (omni-involvement) with each movement. Your athlete will move faster than they have ever felt during this session. It is this understanding, that a new level of speed and agility is possible in hours not weeks that will separate FDE2 from other camps or clinics. The level of detail for this "experience" will require your athlete to turn up their mental game. Instruction is given with the understanding that each athlete has a super-computer between the ears. FDE2 will update the software.
