FootDoctor Esia Softball Sessions

10am - 12pm : Pitchers 

12 - 1:30pm :  Infield

1:30pm - 3pm: Outfield

    This sessions will focus on video analysis and load to transfer mechanisms. Pitchers will leave with in-depth understanding of leg drive biomechanics and be given a pre-lesson plan for warm-up tailored to their individual needs.

    Outfield session will cover drop-steps, cross-run, and angles.
