FootDoctor Esia Softball Sessions

10am - 11:30pm : Pitchers

11:30pm - 1pm : Corners

1pm - 2:30pm : Middle Infield

2:30pm - 4pm : Outfield

Pitchers
This sessions will focus on video analysis and load to transfer mechanisms. Pitchers will leave with in-depth understanding of leg drive biomechanics and be given a pre-lesson plan for warm-up tailored to their individual needs.
