3pm - 4:30pm : Pitchers

4:30pm - 6pm : Corners

6pm - 7:30pm : Middle Infield

Pitchers
This sessions will focus on video analysis and load to transfer mechanisms. Pitchers will leave with in-depth understanding of leg drive biomechanics and be given a pre-lesson plan for warm-up tailored to their individual needs.

Outfield session will cover drop-steps, cross-run, and angles.

Middle infield session will cover cross-over and drop-step technique along with drills to enhance range and be explosive in all directions.
