About The Event
Using the integrated concepts of Footdoctor Sport's Slo-Tech training and Musculosystematic Engineering, FD Esia will show athletes how to truly engage and involve their muscular system (omni-involvement) with each movement. The combination of Slo-Tech and MsE training will produce new levels of explosiveness in hours not weeks. The level of detail for this "experience" will require your athlete to turn up their mental game. Instruction is given with the understanding that each athlete has a super-computer between the ears. FDE2 will update their current software, leaving them recharged and ready to play.

12:15 - 3:15 (12u and up)
3:25 - 4:40 (Arm Care and Recovery 12U and up)
